How We Protect Your Information

Key Wellness is committed to protecting your personal and financial data. By using this portal, you agree to the following:

• Secure Storage: Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers (Supabase / PostgreSQL) and is accessible only by you and authorised Key Wellness advisors.
• Purpose Limitation: Your information is used exclusively for financial wellness coaching, assessments, and personalised recommendations. It will not be used for any other purpose.
• No Selling of Data: Your personal and financial data is never sold or rented. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it strictly on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (such as our secure hosting provider, and, if you choose to use Ask Key, our AI provider described below), or where you give explicit consent.
• AI Assistant (Ask Key): Ask Key is an optional in-portal assistant powered by Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, United States), acting as our data processor. When you send a message, we share your message together with an identifier-stripped summary of your wellness context (for example your wellness score band, emergency-fund months, and budget totals) so the answer can be relevant. We do not send your name, email, phone number, ID number, or account numbers. This means some data is processed outside Botswana. Your Ask Key conversations are not stored by Key Wellness. Ask Key provides general financial education, not personal financial advice.
• Advisor Access: Your assigned Key Wellness coach may view your wellness scores, goals, and assessment results to provide coaching support. This is limited to service delivery only.
• Your Rights: You have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, and deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting wellness@keywellness.co.bw.
• Botswana Data Protection: This portal operates in accordance with the data protection principles of the Republic of Botswana and applicable privacy legislation.
• Data Retention: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
